What is the return policy?
You can return new, unused stock items in their original unopened packs within 30 days of delivery or pickup. Custom, printed and special-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective or not what you ordered. See the Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days with photos of the item and the carton. We replace or refund it and deal with the carrier. You do not pay return shipping.
